For anyone who has been keeping an eye on the site, you know well that this last update is a bit... tardy, shall we say. Yeah, yeah, I know. Once production wrapped, an overwhelming torpor took hold and has prevented me from doing anything productive in the weeks since. Well, that may not be entirely accurate, but it's pretty damn close. So I'll give a quick breakdown of the last couple days of shooting.
The 20th - I wasn't there. We finished up the set piece we were supposed to do last week but ended up having to reschedule. The crew shot all night long and into the dawn light of the next morning to finish up everything that needed be done. I think part of the set got destroyed during the wrap. People's wits weren't too sharp at that point and some important security measures were overlooked. No big deal. The thing had to go some time. The scene went great, and everyone passed out, exhausted and delerious once again.
The 21st - I wasn't there. A relatively light evening in a studio not too far away. Only one actor and some clever lighting. An attempt at some in-camera effects, old-school style. Went darn well. No one died or anything...
