I'm gonna encapsulate the next two days into one journal because I'm running out of journal space, and not a heck of a lot happened on these days. First off, not only did we have dune madness to contend with, but a dune mad crew ravaged by the Hanta Virus. Luckily these two days were super-easy scenes. Very few people were needed, very low impact stuff going on, locations all in the same area. Both days got late starts and relatively early finishes, except on the second day a skeleton crew went up a nearby mountain to get some fantastic sunset shots which I am looking forward to seeing.
No wacky hijinks, no terrible catastropes... We were absent some sound gear and had to improvise with a lousy mic and a mini-disc recorder, but it shouldn't be an issue due to the nature of what we were shooting these days. Got some good footage and nobody died. Torpedo and I did get nailed by some stinging nettles though. Dammit.
