7/21/2001 - N.O.R.D. Day
New location this evening. It was pretty clear that the crew still hadn't adjusted to the time schedule. Whenever there was an opportunity to cat-nap tonight, it was seized upon with reckless abandon. There weren't a lot of extra people around this evening either, so that made for less action and more free time to realize how tired we were.
On a better note, our sound man N.O.R.D. celebrated his twenty-fifth birthday on set tonight. A personalized cake, a big card signed by everyone, and a sleepless night were his rewards. It made for a nice break; the posse needed a good excuse for a little merriment.
More elaborate lighting schemes by our temporary gaffer-extraordinaire T.J.
That guy is supremely hardcore. In a short few days he managed to get beat-up and wrecked worse than anyone else heretofore on the shoot, and he still worked harder than all of us combined. I dunno what we would have done without the guy. I suppose that's why he was asked along for these days...
Another quality batch of footage in the can, and we're done. Bronze is holding down the fort tonight to protect the gear. We got our first week's footage back, and rumor is we're gonna watch it when we get home. Naturally we should sleep, but come on...
Photo Addendum - T.J. makes sure to get a light on Asbrey's good side.
