Our hapless audio engineer N.O.R.D. had a rough go of things today. Mondays are always a drag, but the poor guy took that one to the limit. We're still waiting for the results back from the lab as to why, but after a mere three bottles of Labatt's Blue the night before, N.O.R.D. ended up with one bad mother of a hang-over. If I recall correctly, his comment at the beginning of the day was, "I realize this may be unprofessional, but I'm going to spend today sleeping in the RV."
It ended up a shade less grim than that. He spent the latter half of the day curled up in a fetal position under some foliage near the rest of us. I got some good pictures, but I may spare the dude the indignity. Needless to say, N.O.R.D. will be avoiding beer consumption for some time. I think it is some ploy by those insidious Canadians, poisoning their Labatt's in an attept to undermine our glorious country.
On a more related note, we shot a fight scene today that looked outstanding. Great choreography by our man Doug Bailey. Another fantastic load of footage in the can, and still full steam ahead. We've got a bummer of a hike to look forward to tomorrow...
